Bastarts dance showcase

Bastarts Academy’s Christmas showcase was a celebration of movement and story, with the theme of good versus evil. Hundreds of dancers brought the stage to life, showing how even the darkest forces can be transformed, and reminding everyone that good always wins. An evening full of energy, emotion, and inspiring choreography.

Breakthrough Dance Production – when good defeats the night,
a hundred dancers storm the stage in sight.
The stage is dark, the silence thick and deep,
your skin erupts in chills you cannot keep.

Evil warms up with steps so sharp and grim,
unaware that good can also bare its teeth within.
Then from the shadows bursts a flare of light,
her form unfolds, in motion, blooming bright.

In the end, evil only shrugs in defeat,
while good rises on, through dance and beat.
With applause, inspiration, shining rays,
good always wins, even on the darkest days.
